COVID Coverage

COLab and its partners are reporting on the pandemic’s economic impact, public health challenges, and its spotlight on inequities.

About the Project

In March 2020, the global COVID-19 pandemic struck Colorado. Like all Coloradans, journalists across the state found themselves at home, isolated from work colleagues, family, and friends.

COLab and its new partners sprung to action, launching our first collaborative project published on April 26, called COVID Diaries Colorado, documenting a day-in-the-life of everyday Coloradans adjusting to stay-at-home orders, business closures, and online schooling for the many of the state’s students.

Other recent coverage includes COVID’s impact on primary and secondary education. COLab will continue to collaborate to produce in-depth coverage of the pandemic and its reshaping of our society.
